Caesar Salad

Caesar salad is a green salad which consists of lettuce and croutons dressed with olive oil, lemon juice, cheese, etc. In its original form, it is prepared and served tableside. It is a Mexican salad.

This salad gives you more attention to your health and of course it will much more tastier. 
There were children in every home who were not interested at eating salads and much more veggies. So more parents will struggle for their children eating veggies. As it contains mayonnaise, which is more favourite for many kids, they will also like it. My kids were very fond of this as it contains mayonnaise. Croutons are also liked by kids, its garlic flavours and seasonings give it a flavourfull one. And the croutons also as a snack for tea or as a finger food.

Ingredients

For croutons,

Bread slices (cut into small cubes) - 4 

Garlic - 3

Salt

Pepper powder - 1 tsp 

Oil - 1 tbsp
In a pan add oil, garlic to it and add bread salt and pepper and mix until it becomes crispy. 

For Dressing,

Mayonnaise - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Pepper as required
Garlic (chopped) - 1 tbsp.
Parsley (chopped) - 1 tbsp.
Cheese (grated) - 1/4 cup
Olive oil - 1 tbsp.
Chilled water - 3 tbsp.

For assembling,

Lettuce - 2 bunches
Cucumber (sliced) - 1
Croutons
Dressing
Cheese (grated) - 2 tbsp.

Method;

For dressing in a bowl add mayonnaise, salt, pepper, garlic, parsley, olive oil, grated cheese, and chilled water and mix it well.
Assemble it with chopped lettuce, cucumber and then add croutons.
Add grated cheese and mix well.
