Coming with a baked recipe!

Here I come with a baked recipe which is a sweet. You can also turn this as of spicy version also by changing the filling. This crust itself be used also for the spiciest form.You can also fill it with custard or fresh berries or fruits.

It is creamy, delicious and lil bit crunchy also.

Ingredients  1. All purpose flour - 1 1/4 cup
2. Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
3. Egg - 1
4. Salt a pinch
5. Butter (unsalted) - 100 g
6. Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
7. White chocolate - 100 g
8. Heavy cream - 75 ml

Method: 1. Combine all purpose flour, powdered sugar and salt well.
2. Add softened butter and vanilla extract to it.
3. Add egg and mix it well combined to form a dough (don’t mix more time).
4. Wrap the dough with cling film and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
5. Fill the dough in the tart pan having some space for filling.
6. Bake the tart at 180 C for 25 minutes.
7. Microwave white chocolate and heavy cream to form ganache.
Fill the tart with the prepared ganache.
