Churros are popular dessert of Spain. They are mostly eaten as breakfast that dipped with hot chocolate or dulce de leche.
Ingredients
1.Water - 1 cup2.Butter(unsalted) - 1/4 cup
3.Sugar - 1 tbsp
4.Salt - 1/4 tsp
5.All purpose flour - 1 cup
6.Egg - 1
7.Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
8.Oil for frying
Method:
1.In a pan, add water, butter, sugar and salt and boil it in a medium heat.2.Add all purpose flour and lower the heat and stir continuously until mixture becomes well combined and smooth.
3.Transfer to a bowl and let it cool for 5 minutes.
4.Add the egg and blend it with electric mixture.
5.Blend until the mixture comes together and smooth.
6.Put the mixture to a piping bag fitted with rounded star tip nozzle.
7.Drizzle it to the heated oil and fry it.
