Chickpeas Salad

This beautiful chickpeas salad combines fresh vegetables as a delicious salad. It is healthy with tasty.




Ingredients 

Chickpeas (cooked with some salt) - 1 cup 
Cucumber - 1
Carrot - 1
Onion - 1
Green chilli - 2
Coriander leaves 
Mustard - 1 tsp 
Curry leaves - 4 to 5
Oil 

Method:

Cut all the vegetables into small pieces and add to a bowl.
Add cooked chickpeas to it.
In a pan, add oil, when heated add mustard and curry leaves.
Add mustard to the vegetables .
Add coriander leaves and serve.
